GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/p>\n

AGE OF RENTER AND DRIVER:
At least 23 years old.<\/p>\n

DRIVING LICENSE:
The driver's license of the car to be rented must have been issued at least one year before the rental date.<\/p>\n

SECURITY:
AUTO-CI car rental is covered by insurance for:
a. Death and bodily injuries of third parties up to the amount of 1,000,000.00 \u20ac.
b. Material damages to third parties up to the amount of 1,000,000.00 \u20ac.
c. The tenant is responsible for any damage or theft caused to the rental car up to its total purchase value.
d. Mixed Security (CDW)
The mixed insurance limits the liability of the tenant for damages of the rented vehicle to 400 \u20ac
e. Theft security (TP)
Theft insurance covers the tenant for partial and total loss of the car by limiting his liability to the amounts in paragraph (d).
f. Personal accident insurance (RAI)
Personal accident insurance covers the driver and each co-occupant up to the amount of \u20ac 15,000.00 for death, total or partial disability.
g. No insurance coverage applies:
\u2022 For anything that happens in the car during transport by ship.
\u2022 For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
\u2022 For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
\u2022 For damage to the underside of the car, tires, mirrors and antenna.
\u2022 For personal items inside the car.
\u2022 For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the lease.<\/p>\n

PETROL:
a. The car is delivered to the tenant with at least 1\/4 of the petrol tank.
b. If the tenant returns the car to the same level, there is no additional financial burden.
c. In case the tenant returns the car with less petrol than the one he received, the cost of consumed petrol will be borne.
d. The tenant is not reimbursed for extra petrol that is in the car tank upon his return.<\/p>\n

PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF AUTO-CI
Written approval of AUTO-CI is required for:
a. Transportation of the car by ship.
b. Driving the car across the Greek border.<\/p>\n

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS:
The fines and any other consequences are borne entirely and exclusively by the tenant.<\/p>\n

SECOND GUIDE:
In every car rental, only the driver is covered by the above insurances. In case the other drivers are going to drive the rented car, they must have their driving license with them in order to be registered as additional drivers in the lease contract.<\/p>\n

IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT, THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGATORY, regardless of his fault, TO COMPLETE THE ACCIDENT DECLARATION, BASIS OF ARTICLE E70.<\/p>\n
